Chicago police are questioning a person of interest after a 30-year-old man was fatally wounded and a woman, 31, was left in critical condition in a shooting Saturday morning in the West Pullman neighborhood.
About 8 a.m., the victims were inside of a residence in the 12000 block of South Prairie Avenue when someone opened fire striking both multiple times throughout the body, Chicago police said.
The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn where he was pronounced dead. The woman went to the same hospital and was listed in critical condition, police said.
