PETALING JAYA: eBen Assist Sdn Bhd, a technology company specialising in medical claims administration, has signed an memorandum of understanding with UK-based Collinson Assistance.

       In a statement, eBen Assist said the collaboration will further expand its current service offerings in Malaysia.

       By leveraging on Collinson’s global touch points, eBen Assist can now provide international travel risk management services, which will enable organisation to effectively assess, mitigate and manage risks amid the worldwide threats.

       Insurance, medical and security assistance for international travels is a vital part of one’s business travel or vacation planning, especially with the effects of the current Covid-19 pandemic, which has accelerated the need to build and maintain a safe and sustainable platform for the workforce of any organisation.

       The collaboration will definitely create new avenues for eBen Assist’s business, especially with international insurance groups and organisations in Malaysia.

       Meanwhile, eBen Assist chief sales officer Thomas Ng said, “Our clients will now have an end-to-end medical administration service that ranges from domestic medical management to international travel medical services.

       “Additionally, medical and security assistance has suddenly been given a boost in awareness due to the current high-risk geopolitical situation of wars and terror attacks and we want to capitalise on it,” he added.
