Nestled in the heart of the Welsh countryside sits a ￡6 million untouched abandoned 17th century mansion.

       Spanning seven bedrooms that now sit quiet, this frozen in time mansion in the middle of nowhere, was built by an affluent mansion called the Wards during the 17th century. Once a symbol of prestige the mansion now serves as a time capsule of forgotten wealth.

       Eerily the beds are still made, the dinner table is still set almost as if it is awaiting a family that will never return. The incredible vintage furniture which sits collecting dust dates back to over a hundred years and the beautiful bag windows overlooking the woods now are covered in cobwebs.

       Sitting in the middle of one of the sprawling empty rooms sits an eerily rocking chair whilst in the kitchen sits a chair that is completely broken in half.

       YouTuber AdamMarkExplores who uncovers haunted and abandoned places paid the mansion a visit late last year, taking viewers along with him.

       Upon entering the building he said: “The door is open. How amazing is this? The first thing I notice is the paint peels on the walls. Wood panelling all over the place.

       “It is absolutely beautiful and pretty scary to be honest.”

       The YouTuber uncovered an old argon cooker and water dispenser in the kitchen whilst a pair of rotting keys sit on the kitchen surface.

       Hidden away in the mansion are servants' stairs that lead to their hidden rooms.

       “You were able to lock these doors and the key is still in there. The fireplaces here are so much more basic than the ones downstairs.

       “If this house is never used in a horror film it is a crime. This would literally be the best location. It is just amazing, I mean the architecture. Every room feels like there is something in there.

       "It is absolutely criminal that this place has been left in this condition."

       Outside in the gorgeous grounds sits an array of out buildings and houses. One of the buildings, covered in mould and algae, has a cooker built into the fireplace.

       Shockingly in one of the buildings lies a full sheep skeleton. "It looks like a sheep got in here and starved to death. It is really sad to know and see," said the the YouTuber.
