Swaysee Rankin, 15, who was shot and killed Monday, was among dozens shot in Chicago over Labor Day weekend, according to a police report obtained by the Tribune.
Swaysee had survived a previous shooting and helped save the life of a 10-year-old girl injured in another shooting, according to previous Tribune reports.
