       KUWAIT CITY, June 8, The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) has officially denied circulating claims on social media regarding the imposition of financial fees for using authentication processes through the My ID application, as reported by the Al-Rai newspaper.

       In a recent statement, the Authority confirmed that the My ID application remains free for all its services, including authentication, electronic signature, and notifications. PACI assured the public that no financial charges are imposed for these processes.

       The clarification aims to dispel any misinformation and reassure users of the continued free access to My ID services.
