HUNDREDS of docs have been struck off in the past five years for misconduct and incompetence.
An audit of disciplinary cases by The Sun on Sunday show one a week is booted out of the profession.

Offences include groping patients, bungling operations, sleeping on the job and faking qualifications.
Bedfordshire NHS consultant Jonathan Fielden, 57, one of the UK’s top-paid chiefs, was struck off in 2020 after spying on a 15-year-old girl as she showered.

Figures show 334 doctors were struck off since January 2016.
The Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service probed 143 cases in 2020, banning 43 doctors and suspending 52.
