KUALA LUMPUR: TH Properties Sdn Bhd received an overwhelming response to its latest residential project in Bandar Enstek, Negri Sembilan, with 60% of Pristine 3 sold out within a week of its launch, Bernama reported.

       Its group chief executive officer Azman Ibrahim said the positive response showed by homebuyers towards Pristine 3 is a reflection of trust and recognition of the TH Properties brand name.

       “Similar to the good market response for Pristine 3, Pristine Phase 1 and Phase 2, which were launched in October 2017 and July 2018, respectively, also received overwhelming demand and were fully sold out.”

       “Since its launch, 60% of Pristine 3 have been taken up and we expect the positive interest from homebuyers to persistently grow,” he said.
