Joe Biden's 'deeply troubling' behaviour sparks concern for US leader 'Only getting worse'

Fox News commentator Raymond Arroyo has argued President Joe Biden's behaviour is "only getting worse." The comments come following a series of public gaffes from Mr Biden, including a recent press conference with Israeli President Reuven Rivlin in which the US leader seemed to stumble over his words and looked to be relying heavily on a pre-prepared script. Mr Arroyo told Fox News that the incident showed that Mr Biden was "clearly having some difficulties."

Commenting on footage from the press conference, Mr Arroyo said: "Poor soul, it would have been better to have had the Defence Secretary or someone else read this stuff.

"He is clearly having some difficulties.

"It actually makes you worry who is running the show here."

The Fox News contributor pointed to a hand wringing gesture that Mr Biden repeatedly made in the clip as a "deeply troubling" sign.

He said: "There is this gesture we have seen before where Biden wrings his hands.

"Now that is called perseveration when people repeat when they are in decline gestures or phrases.

"Now look I am not here to diagnose him.

"But this is deeply troubling and it is getting worse."

The now President released a medical assessment from Dr Kevin O'Connor from The George Washington University in 2019 in which he was described as "healthy" and "vigorous."

It comes as the 78-year-old's conduct during a press conference last week was slammed as 'delusional or outright bonkers!' by an Australian TV host.

Sky News Australia host Chris Kenny said: "Now let me in on a secret, a bit of an open secret.

"It relates to the leader of the free world, Joe Biden and how he is going in his job and how capable he is of continuing in that job.

"For that let's go to the White House and let's look at President Joe Biden when he spoke about infrastructure and took a few questions."

Mr Kenny then cut to footage of Mr Biden whispering his answers to reporters' questions during the press briefing last Thursday.

The US President said: "I am not being critical of all of you. These are legitimate questions that you are asking me. Asking me things like, guess what employers can't find workers."
