A STUDENT today told how he saw a teacher at a hotel hours before she allegedly had sex with another pupil, and thought "this can't be right".
Former PE teacher Melissa Tweedie, then 22, was seen dancing against the youngster at his prom before the pair partied together at SWG3 nightclub in Glasgow.

She then returned to Premier Inn with the 18-year-old, who is known only as Pupil A, it's alleged.
Today, a student who attended the prom and was staying at the same hotel said he and friends discussed her "risky" behaviour.
The former Gleniffer High School pupil, identified as Pupil B, told the General Teaching Council for Scotland: "After prom, a number of us walked back to the Premier Inn.
"I can't remember if Pupil A was there at the time.
"We were talking about how risky it was for Miss Tweedie to be in a room with pupils.
"Just the fact she was back at the hotel and there was no other teacher present."

He told the hearing: "I thought, 'This can't be right'."
'IT WAS RISKY'
The student said he remembered "being in the room and trying to get someone to come and get Miss Tweedie from the hotel".
Pupil A has told the hearing he "felt sorry" for the teacher.
He said: "In my eyes it wasn’t a student event. This could have happened on a night out.
"I feel really sorry for Miss Tweedie, I had already handed in my leaver's form."
The student also asked the panel when he would get to "raise his feelings about what happened" as it was "not an issue he wanted to raise".
"It was an issue that people wanted to raise for me," he added.
"I have never been asked how I feel about it."
'I FELT SORRY FOR HER'
He said he'd had three or four pints, a bottle of wine, rum and shots before having sex with Miss Tweedie, who worked at the school in Paisley, Renfrewshire.
He claims the teacher, who now lives in Dubai and works as a yoga teacher, stayed the night in the room before leaving around 8am the following day.
Miss Tweedie, who was not present at the hearing, is alleged to have taken shots before telling pupils: "Can we for a minute act like I’m not a teacher?"
Heather Prentice, the school's deputy head, told the hearing she had "concerns" about the teacher "regarding her outfit".
Ms Prentice said she also saw Miss Tweedie and Pupil A downing shots at the bar.
The 60-year-old said: "I do remember [the outfit] was quite loose, short, low cut.
"I do remember that she looked like she was going on a night out."
And she said that she had warned the teacher, adding: "I wanted her to recognise that the pupils were getting a bit titillated by it."
Miss Tweedie faces being struck off the register by the General Teaching Council following the allegations.
Police Scotland were alerted to the incident and investigated it at the time but officers found no criminality had taken place.
The hearing continues.
