       Footage has emerged of two men fighting in the middle of a busy road close to a roundabout by a Tesco supermarket in Luton.

       The astonishing road rage incident was caught on a driver's dashcam, who was sat in traffic behind.

       In the clip, one of the men, wearing black, pushes the other one to the floor before appearing to try and take his motorcycle.

       The man who was pushed to the ground, dressed in white, falls onto the road behind a red lorry.

       Getting to his feet, the man in white, appears to pull something from his pocket and use it to make an attempt at the man in black.

       Responding to the motion towards him, the man in black hops back in his white van, slams the door and speeds off.

       As he drives off, the man in black has a swipe at the tyre of the driver, but appears to miss his target.

       The person sat in the vehicle behind, who captured the incident watched open-mouthed in horror.

       He says simply: “Oh my f****** God' as he watches on”.

       The incident took place on the A505 near to the Tesco Extra Superstore in Luton, on Tuesday.

       It advises motorists to ask themselves: “How much do you know about the other driver?

       “You don’t know why they’re behaving the way they are.

       “Confrontation on your part could escalate a situation, so avoid shaking your head, gesticulating or shouting out of the window.”

       “But if you get too wound up, your concentration levels will drop, putting you at greater risk of having an accident. 'I was angry', isn’t going to get you out of trouble with the police or help you with a car insurance claim.”
