KUCHING: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMSB) has announced the appointment of Tan Sri Mohd Zahidi Zainuddin as group chairman, who replaces Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Manaf, effective today.

       Mohd Zahidi, who was appointed to the board on Aug 9, also sits on the boards of Genting Plantations Bhd, Genting Malaysia Bhd, Bintang Capital Partners Bhd and One World Group Holdings Bhd among others.
