PETALING JAYA: Samaiden Group Bhd’s unit will collaborate with a Sarawak-based integrated power solutions provider to enter the renewable energy (RE) market in Sabah and Sarawak.

       In a statement, the group said its wholly-owned subsidiary Samaiden Sdn Bhd yesterday entered into a strategic partnership with SWG Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinowaja (M) Sdn Bhd.

       Under the agreement, Samaiden and Sinowaja would first focus on collaborative projects in relation to solar photovoltaic (PV) as well as smart or micro-grid systems.

       The deal would remain in force for three years from the date of the signing of the agreement.
