Crutchley was caught out when a woman who worked at the pub - but was off duty at the time - spotted what she had done.
The off-duty worker suggested she pay for the food - but the hungry punter was quick to lash out.
Crutchley threw her glass of gin at the woman, causing it to smash against her arm.
The woman was rushed to hospital and left needing stitches.
Prosecutor Rachel Pennington told Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court: "The defendant shouted, 'Do you want to go, do you want to go'?
"She picked up a drink and threw the glass and contents at her.

"The complainant raised her arm to protect her face.
"The victim said the glass was thrown at her. She kept her arms raised. The glass smashed against her left arm."
Ms Pennington said the row broke out at the pub at 9.30pm on August 14 last year.
The victim went to hospital where she received six stitches to a cut.
Crutchley, of Springhill Terrace, Rugeley, pleaded guilty to wounding.
