KUALA LUMPUR: Pekat Group Bhd has secured a contract worth RM3.1mil to undertake the design, supply and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in Rawang, Selangor.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Pekat said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pekat Solar Sdn Bhd (PSSB), had accepted a letter of award (LoA) for the job from wooden picture frame manufacturer Finesse Moulding (M) Sdn Bhd.

       “The LoA is part of the ordinary course of business of PSSB to undertake the design, supply and installation of solar PV systems.”
