PETALING JAYA: Sunway Group’s three listed issuers – Sunway Bhd, Sunway Construction Group Bhd and Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust – have changed their share registrar from Sunway Management Sdn Bhd to Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from Dec 20, 2021.

       The group said in a statement that the three issuers had a combined market capitalisation of RM15bil and formed a real-estate value chain that “exemplifies socially responsible business practices.”

       Both Sunway Bhd and Sunway REIT have been listed on the ESG-themed FTSE4Good Bursa Malaysia Index since 2014.
