PETALING JAYA: Practice Note 17 (PN17) company, Perak Corp Bhd, has been granted a further extension of time of six months up to Feb 10, 2024, to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities.

       In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the extension of time granted was without prejudice to Bursa Malaysia’s right to proceed to suspend the trading of its listed securities and to delist the company.
