       KUWAIT CITY, Aug 16: Personnel of the Ministry of Interior are carrying out security and traffic procedures with return of official work. The MoI said in a statement that upon instructions by the Minister of Interior, Sheikh Thamer Ali Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, and Undersecretary Lieut. Gen. Issam Al-Naham, the personnel were deployed throughout the country to ensure smooth fl ow of traffic starting the morning rush hours. The ministry has staged patrols and deployed troops at main roads to ensure that civil servants and employees reach work places without delay. People in need for aid can call 112. (KUNA)
