PETALING JAYA: A 45-second video clip allegedly posted by a group of Malaysian students trapped in Ukraine is fake, says the Foreign Ministry.
"Based on inquiries and verification efforts undertaken thus far the video does not belong to a group of Malaysian students as alleged," it said.
Russia invaded Ukraine more than a week ago, with fierce fighting and bombing around the country, with many fatalities.
