KUALA LUMPUR: Police have seized over RM419,000 worth of drugs after crippling a drug processing centre discovered during a raid on a squatter house along the Seremban-Kuala Lumpur Highway last Wednesday (Nov 17).
"A team from Bukit Aman and Kuala Lumpur Narcotic Crime Investigation Department (NCID) raided the house at around 2.30pm and arrested three local men and a foreign man aged between 24 and 38," said City deputy police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Yahaya Othman.
"We also seized 58kg of ganja, 11kg of heroin (grade 3), 181grams of heroin (grade 4), 2kg of syabu as well as 50kg of caffeine," he told reporters on Tuesday (Nov 23).
He said they also seized tools and equipment used to process the drugs.
"We also conducted another raid at Kampung Udara and arrested one local man and a foreign man aged 21 and 25.
"We seized three Perodua vehicles used by the suspects in their illicit activities," he said, adding that the drugs and vehicles were worth at least RM538,000.
