THE despicable brother of an evil thug who kidnapped Angel Lynn and left her brain-damaged has been mocking her in sick messages.
Rhys Norris showed no remorse as he appeared to defend his vile brother Chay Bowskill.

Abuser Bowskill, 20, grabbed his then-girlfriend "like a rag doll" and threw her into the back of a van in Rothley, Leicestershire.
Angel toppled out the vehicle at 60mph and was left with catastrophic brain injuries. She is unable to eat, walk or talk.
In messages uncovered by The Sun, which we have chosen not to publish, Norris claims his brother Bowskill didn't do anything wrong.

He then goes on to mock Angel with a series of bizarre and cruel claims about her.
Norris also threatens to rob Angel's family of the money they are raising to help buy health equipment for their seriously ill daughter.
The message was sent by Norris to concerned member of the public Jeremy Stokes.

Jeremy said: "I had simply asked that out of decency, [Norris] change his Facebook profile picture from that of his now convicted brother to something else, out of decency to Angel.
"Far from having even the most minor shred of sympathy for her, he had nothing but contempt.
"It was after the court case, when I contacted him first, which was when I first heard the story and what the condition Angel was left in, because of Chay Bowskill’s action.
"I don’t know him or Angel or Chay but after hearing his mother give a warm defence of Chay - and feeling sorry for Angel - I came across Rhys.
"Far from saying nothing, [he] seemed to be 100 per cent behind his brother and proud of it.
NO REMORSE
"I didn’t blame him for Chay’s actions - or abuse him - I just asked he not so publicly support his vermin brother."
When The Sun approached Norris about the message, he replied "f**k off" followed by a string of expletives.
Chilling CCTV footage of Angel's kidnapping showed Bowskill chase her down after she walked away during an argument.
He then grabbed Angel from behind in a bear hug and bundled her into his van.
As it travelled along the road at 60mph, Angel fell out of the vehicle.
She was discovered lying on the A6 by a passerby near Loughborough, Leicestershire, on September 27, 2020, with catastrophic injuries.
Angel - who suffered a fractured skull and brain injuries - now requires 24-hour care and is unable to communicate, walk or feed herself.

Her boyfriend at the time Bowskill and his friend Rocco Sansome, 20, both denied kidnap but were found guilty following a trial on January 27, 2022.
A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said the messages from Norris to Jeremy hadn’t been reported to them.
But they added: “We are aware of messages posted previously online in relation to the Angel Lynn case and we continue to review the content of those messages which are brought to our attention.
"Should any criminal offences be identified within what is posted, they will be thoroughly investigated and the appropriate action taken.”
It comes after Bowskill’s seven-year sentence was almost doubled to 16 years and three months on Wednesday.

A judge ruled the original jail term "failed to reflect the seriousness" of the kidnapping.
