The Trump campaign is expecting “tens of thousands” to turn out for the event, and city officials told ABC that 20,000 tickets had been sold.

Thousands of supporters were already gathering at the beach and along the boardwalk on Saturday wearing Trump masks, American flag-themed outfits, and pitching giant Trump 2024 flags.
Long lines were forming, and bars and restaurants busy in the town, at a normally sleepy time in the off-season.

It will be held 150 miles (241 kilometers) south of the New York City courthouse where he has been forced to spend most weekdays sitting silently through his felony hush money trial.
The beachfront gathering is designed to serve as a show of force at a critical moment for Trump, a presidential candidate known for drawing huge crowds.
Trump’s gathering in deep-blue New Jersey comes less than six months before Election Day.
