A Virginia woman who was shot by her husband during an argument has died in what police are calling a murder-suicide.

       Prince William County police said Friday that Mercedes A. Moore, 52, who was shot Sept. 10 by her husband, Darin C. Moore, 55, at a home in the 14700 block of Darbydale Avenue, near Dale Boulevard in Woodbridge, passed away on Oct. 28.

       Darin Moore shot Mercedes Moore during an argument, police said, before shooting himself. He was declared dead at the scene.
