Police had been pursuing a moped after it failed to stop when two women, 27 and 36, were injured in the shooting.

A 27-year-old man was also hurt when he was hit by the moped.

Keymarni King has now been charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life/enabling another to do so, aggravated vehicle taking and injury caused by an accident.

He was also charged with two counts of wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.

The 18-year-old appeared at Bromley Magistrates' Court today while police attempt to track down a second suspect.

The court was told the black Piaggio scooter, which was holding two people, had made a U-turn after it spotted officers up ahead.

It then ploughed into a pedestrian on the pavement before crashing - causing the two men to flee on foot, it was said.

The court heard a shotgun was then dropped on the pavement and split in two - causing it to fire one round.
