After reported tension within the Royal Family, it is believed Harry and Meghan Markle's child, Archie, might become part of a "peace process" to heal the rift. While Harry is expected to return next month, it is believed Meghan will stay in the US.
Now a royal expert believes the Duke of Sussex could bring his young son with him who will be a "diffuser" of the situation.
Royal expert Duncan Larcombe, author of Prince Harry: The Inside Story, told Closer magazine: "From what I've heard from reliable royal sources, Harry will return for his mother's statue unveiling.
"He's thought to be planning on staying at Frogmore [his former home with Meghan], and he'll obviously have to quarantine.
"But he won't be alone - there's strong reason to believe that Archie will be with him.
"I think Archie coming would be a great diffuser of the situation.
"And the decision to bring him could be the very first sign of guilt from Harry.
"I think he still believes that what he and Meghan did was the right thing - but bringing Archie back would be an olive branch of some sort a definite sign that he's looking to call a truth over what's happened recently.
"It could help heal a lot of hurt."

Despite hopes Archie could help heal the rift between Harry and his family, a friend of the Sussexes have shut down rumours the Queen's great-grandson will return with his father.
They told Vanity Fair: "Meghan will stay at home with the children.
"Harry is flying alone."
The missed opportunity to see Archie in person for the first time in more than a year may be a heavy blow for the Queen.

While Meghan and Harry returned twice to the UK in early 2020, little Archie remained in British Columbia until late March, when he travelled across the American border to relocate to California with his parents.

12.45pm update: Proximity to Queen may be key factor in school choice for Prince George
Kate and Prince William are likely to choose a school for Prince George in Berkshire - because of the "special" county's close proximity to the Queen.
Duke and Duchess of Cambridge "got a lot of people talking" after visiting schools in the county in recent weeks.
Now a list of schools the couple are likely to pick for Prince George, seven, has been identified and they largely all have royal links.
Prince William spent his early education at Ludgrove School in the Wokingham area with his brother Harry before they both moved to another Berkshire school, the world-famous Eton College.
And Berkshire Live suggests both of these schools may be of interest.
But it's also believed Kate and William want to live in the county themselves and continue to raise their family there, because they'll be close to the Queen who is at Windsor Castle.
12.20pm update: Sophie and Edward's 'stepping up' claims debunked after Meghan and Harry exit
Sophie, Countess of Wessex and Prince Edward have been described as "stepping up" in the wake of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's royal exit - but it has been pointed out that they have actually been doing fantastic work for 20 years.
The Queen’s youngest son and favourite daughter-in-law have been quietly working hard in the background for a long time.
Sophie has worked on issues like preventable blindness and supporting women in conflict zones and who are victims of sexual violence.
Meanwhile, Edward has taken over from his father Prince Philip on the development around the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and is the patron of numerous arts and athletics charities.
Now the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have stepped down as senior royals and moved to the US, the couple’s work has garnered more attention.
This has led many to back the narrative that the pair are “stepping up” and taking on more responsibility.
12pm update: Prince Harry WON'T return to UK with little Archie - Queen's hope to see tot shattered
Prince Harry is set to return to the UK within days - but claims he may do so in the company of his eldest son Archie have been dismissed.
Prince Harry is expected to take part in the much-anticipated unveiling of Princess Diana statue on July 1.
Over the past few weeks, it was rumoured the Duke of Sussex may return to London in the company of his wife Meghan or even his two-year-old son Archie Harrison.
A source close to the Sussex camp dismissed last week the possibility the Duchess of Sussex would travel across the Atlantic just a few weeks after giving birth.
And suggestions Archie could join his father in his next trip to the UK have been swiftly shut down by a friend of the Sussexes.
They told Vanity Fair: "Meghan will stay at home with the children.
"Harry is flying alone."
11.40am update: Harry 'knew Charles and Queen couldn't give side of truth' before furious Oprah claims
Prince Harry "knew" that Prince Charles and the Queen would never respond to his and Meghan Markle's accusations made during their interview with Oprah Winfrey, a royal author claimed.
Despite having left the UK to pursue "private lives" last year, Meghan and Harry remain firmly under the spotlight.
The pair spent the months following their departure quietly in a number of mansions, finally settling on a home in a gated community in Montecito, California.
Towards the end of 2020, Meghan and Harry moved towards the financial independence they said they craved, securing multi-million dollar contracts with Netflix and Spotify.
A torrent of publicity followed, especially after the couple sat down with US talk show host Oprah Winfrey and aimed a barrage of accusations at the Royal Family.

ITV Royal Rota podcast hosts Chris Ship and Lizzie Robinson explained what he had said.
Mr Ship told listeners: "We saw Prince Charles out and about in a hospital and had some unusually strong words from him.
"It's actually quite odd for them to stop sometimes and talk to the cameras, which he did on this occasion."
10.30am update: Kate and Prince William 'planning secret trip to US' to meet Lili and end 'bitter feud'
Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William are planning a low-key trip to the US to meet Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's newest family member, sources have claimed.
Kate and Prince William will take their children George, Charlotte and Louis across the pond to see the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for the first time in months, according to insiders.
A source spoke of a "shared desire to move on" from Harry and William's brotherly feud.
This trip, the sources also said, will give a chance to the Dukes to speak in person and the Cambridges' children to get to know their newborn cousin Lilibet 'Lili' Diana.
A source told Us Weekly: "William and Kate want to meet Lili, and they agree it's only fair that they visit Harry and Meghan on their home turf.
"Plus, they have been wanting to see more of America as a family anyway, so this is a real win-win that works for everyone."

Prince Harry and Prince William seemed to hint at underlying tensions in an unearthed clip, where the two brothers touch on football in a joint interview with their father.
Harry and William have both spoken of their love for sports in the past, but the Duke of Cambridge's passion appears to be with football – and he is now the President of the FA.
William has also tweeted about the UEFA Euro 2020 matches recently, voicing his support for the UK teams by reminding the players “we are all behind you”.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have shot themselves in the foot with an "unwinnable battle" against the Royal Family, according to a royal commentator.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped down as senior royals last year and, since they made the unprecedented decision, have been hitting out at the institution they left.
They have heavily criticised the Firm, both in terms of its structure and individuals within it.
However, the Royal Family has stood firm and together, refusing to bow to the attacks and only responding in the most minimal way.
After the couple’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Royal Family released a short statement that the allegations, particularly those around race, were “concerning”.
However, Prince William insisted that the royals were “very much not” a racist family and they have not responded directly to any of the allegations.

Charles has long been keen on reducing the cost of the Firm to British taxpayers.
As a reuslt, the first in line to the throne is ready to ruthlessly cull fringe members of the family from their financial ties to the royal purse, according to reports.
Meghan and Harry, who now reside in Montecito, California, are said to be furious at the news, having learned of the decision shortly before their bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview in March.

He told US radio host Howard Stern: "But I do not think any person in such a position in his life is easy.
"I have never really spoken about it to him in depth."

"Society's equivalent of climate change is how important she sees it. That's quite a significant statement."

Royal author Phil Dampier said he believes the aftermath of Harry and Meghan’s exit from the Royal Family has left the Monarch “very upset”.
Mr Dampier told the Royal Beat: “In public, the Queen has bent over backwards to try and [help Meghan and Harry].
“But in private she’s devastated by what’s happened. She had high hopes for Meghan and Harry with going out into the Commonwealth but it’s all been thrown back in her face. She must be very, very upset by it.”
