A woman was killed in a single-car crash early Thursday morning in Prince George’s County, police said.

       At about 5:30 a.m., officers were called to Pennsylvania Avenue and Forestville Road in Forestville, Md., where they found an overturned car. Police said they think the driver, a woman, was traveling south on Pennsylvania Avenue when she lost control for unknown reasons, hit a curb and flipped the car.

       The woman, who police have not yet identified, died at the scene.

       County police are investigating.
