A "SNARLING" dad who invaded his neighbour's garden when his son's football was confiscated has been fined £20,000.
Chaim Adler stormed into Warren Bergson's garden in Golder's Green, North London, when the eight-year-old kicked the ball over a fence.

The raging dad began mocking his neighbour and became aggressive - "baring his teeth and growling" at the barrister and his doctor wife.
Adler, 35, will now have to pay £19,800 in damages after the Bergson's successfully sued for trespass and harassment.
Judge Stephen Hellman said his behaviour was "aggressive, humiliating and intimidating" in his ruling.
He added: "This behaviour goes beyond that which merely causes upset."

Mayors and City County Court heard tempers had been frayed since the Bergsons moved in next door to Adler's parents in 2017.
Warren, who died after the trial, and wife Dr Edel McAndrew-Bergson, 58, had rented a garden flat next door to the family home.
A clash first erupted in August 2017 when water began spilling into the couple's garden from an overflowing paddling pool for the Adlers' grandchildren.
The Bergsons said they were regularly subjected to a football being "crashed" against their shared fence, with the pair forced to escape to the British Library every weekend for peace and quiet.

Adler, who was a frequent visitor to his parent's home, was staying for a long weekend in May 2018 when tensions boiled over.
His son's football had caused the Bergsons to reach the end of their tether - causing Edel to grab it when it was kicked over the fence.

They said Adler then entered their garden twice - including one time with a "small army" of his family members, who the Bergsons claimed had decided to use them as their "evening entertainment".
The dad was described as "snarling" as he demanded the ball back, before returning for a second time and trying to force his way into their home.
Adler pressed his face against the window and banged on the door while "growling" at the couple.
He also repeatedly kicked his leg in the air and shouted "here, here" as he surrounded his neighbours.
But in his own evidence, Adler claimed he was just a dad protecting his crying son.
I accept he was angry because they had upset his son, but he has not shown me that his course of conduct was reasonable and I am satisfied that it was not.
Judge Hellman
The court was told the Adlers enjoyed family gatherings at weekends, while the Bergsons were a "mature couple who enjoyed peace and quiet".
Judge Hellman found Adler had harassed the couple and trespassed when "at least part of his body" entered their flat during the row.
The judge added: "I accept he was angry because they had upset his son, but he has not shown me that his course of conduct was reasonable and I am satisfied that it was not."
Fire alarm company boss Adler was ordered to pay £8,800 compensation to Edel and another £11,000 to her husband's estate following his death.
