PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has extended his best wishes to Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar in conjunction with the Johor Ruler's official birthday on Wednesday (March 23).

       "Daulat Tuanku! A happy birthday to Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar of Johor Darul Ta'zim," said Dr Wee, who is also Transport Minister, in a Facebook post on Wednesday (March 23).
