The Cook County state’s attorney’s office released Monday a list current and former officers who will not be called to testify in court proceedings.

       Of the 174 names on the list, 120 are members of the Chicago Police Department. Officers from other departments include the Cook County sheriff’s office, law enforcement officers within departments of correction and more than a dozen suburban communities.
