A SOLDIER has died at Britain's largest Armed Forces base sparking an Army probe.
The troop, whose age has not been released, was found dead at Catterick Garrison, North Yorks, yesterday.

An investigation has now been launched by the Army, who are yet to confirm the soldier's gender, rank or regiment.
A spokesperson said: "We can confirm the death of a soldier on February 5, 2022.
"Our thoughts are with the soldier’s family and friends."
Catterick has more than 1,300 personnel and is home to several Army units, including the 1st Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment and the Royal Lancers.
It is the largest Army base in the UK.
The Army said due to the ongoing investigation, they could not comment further.

They added: "The circumstances surrounding this death are being investigated and it would be inappropriate to comment any further at this time."
In 2017, a trainee soldier was convicted of attempted murder after he tried stabbing a comrade in the head.
