A FURNISHED "studio flat" in a swanky London location goes up for rent for £850 a month - but is there something missing?
This "one bed and one bathroom" in Islington has potential renters scratching their head as it seems to have no toilet to be seen.

It also has a shower inside the bedroom - right next to a small dining table and chairs.
And despite having a small kitchen joined to the bedroom, there is no sign of actual room with a sink, toilet, bath or otherwise.
As well as potentially lacking in bathroom utilities, the landlord has put some strict rules for renters - no students, no pets, no smokers and a maximum tenancy of 12 months.
It also states only one tenant is allowed, making the £850-a-month price more of the steep side of property to rent per person in the capital, despite lacking basic amenities.
Reddit users were quick to find the bizarre listing calling into question its use of the word "studio" flat.
One user said: "To be honest, there really should be some guidelines about what does and doesn't constitute an actual flat."

Another agreed: "I hate how estate agents have forgotten words like bedsit exist. Even better that a few seem to think a "studio with shared cooking facilities" is fooling someone
One added: "You can slap the word studio on any old structure, crevice or converted cupboard and voilà you can now mercilessly exploit the working class."
But it's not the first London flat to skimp on having an actual toilet inside the property.
For even a few hundred quid cheaper, can also enjoy the luxury of having a shower in your living room and nowhere to do your business.
Also in north London, a Winchmore Hill, offers a "minimalist space" with an all-in-one experience.
So if you're looking for a flat where you can make sure your pizza doesn't burn while you take a quick shower, this north London place has got it covered.
