Queen Camilla shows that she "doesn’t feel intimidated" during royal engagements, a body language expert has revealed.

Analysing Camilla's presence during recent visits, body language expert Darren Stanton said that the royal carries herself with "ease".

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Roulette: "Camilla’s appearances are always executed with confidence, boldness and a lot of self-belief. She holds her head high with her shoulders back."

He also pointed out: "There’s no sense of rushing, which tells us she is happy to take things in her stride and doesn’t feel pressured."

Mr Stanton added: "It’s apparent that Camilla has adjusted to her responsibilities as Queen.

"Her feet are also often spaced apart, which is significant as it tells us she isn’t intimidated and feels comfortable in her surroundings."

Further discussing the Queen's appearances, he added: "While analysing Camilla’s latest appearances, it's clear she is feeling confident and strong. She’s now in a position where she feels comfortable taking on duties alone without Charles."

He also explains that she shows a likeness to the late Queen Elizabeth II, adding: "She carries herself with ease with no signs of nerves or discomfort.

"The ways in which she interacts with people during engagements is similar to the late Queen. You wouldn’t be able to spot many differences between them."

This poses a stark difference to the expert's analysis of Camilla's "tense" appearance at the Coronation last May.

Mr Stanton previously said, on behalf of Betfair Casino: "As it went on we saw her relax more and more. Once it ended she looked, not entirely relieved, but there was a sense of calm.

"...She kept herself very composed and didn’t reveal too much emotion, there weren't signs of huge elation on her face and she didn’t get emotional, which is a testament to her character and the strength and stoicness she possesses."

Despite having stepped back from duties for the time being, the King did appear at the Easter Sunday service on March 31.

The monarch, 75, stepped out alongside Camilla, as well as various other members of the Royal Family.

The Prince and Princess of Wales and their three children didn't attend the service, with the appearance being just a few days after the reveal of Princess Kate's own cancer diagnosis.
