An incredible bridge is the 'world's longest' in a beautiful European mountain resort.
Sky Bridge 721 is a suspension footbridge in the Králicky Sně?ník mountains in the Dolni Morava region of the Czech Republic.
The suspension bridge spans the valley of the Mlynsky Stream, from the ridge of Slamník Mountain to the ridge of Chlum Mountain.
It is 95 metres off the ground and 721 metres long, making it the longest pedestrian bridge in the world.
Construction on the bridge began in 2021 and it opened to the public in 2023. It cost an estimated £6.5 million to build.

Prices to cross the Sky Bridge 721 start at around £13 and the bridge is a one-way system. Visitors need to walk or bike to get there from public transport.
You can take the Sně?ník chairlift to the top of the mountain and the entrance to the Sky Bridge is nearby.
Once you’ve crossed there’s a 2km education trail you can also follow, making the whole experience last around 1.5 hours.
Reviewers have said that it has “beautiful views” of the mountains and “feels safe and sturdy” despite its height. Others said it was "definitely worth seeing" and a "unique attraction".

In the area, there’s also a mountain viewing platform and a three-kilometre mountain rollercoaster, In winter, there are snow sports such as skiing and snowboarding available..
Although high above the ground, Sky Bridge 721 is nowhere near the highest bridge in the world - China’s Duge Bridge at an incredible 565 metres tall.
The bridge has undergone extensive safety testing and will close when the wind speeds exceed 135 kilometres an hour.
