MURDERED Brit Caroline Crouch used code for the word "beating" and used symbols to brand her warped husband a "dangerous man" in her secret diary in the lead up to her death, it's been claimed.
A cop working on the case has revealed the significance of what they have been able to decipher from the tragic mum's heartbreaking journal.

Diary entries dating back to 2019 reveal that the couple's relationship was far from perfect and was filled with arguments and physical abuse.
The 20-year-old's diary, which is part of a 26-page police file, shows that Caroline was considering leaving Babis Anagnostopoulos for a long time, reports amna.gr.
Now, a police officer has revealed what they believe some of Caroline's shorthand means, reports the Mail.
Detectives believe it was written in a form of code, made up on English and Greek abbreviations.
The cop told the paper part of what they had deciphered, including a recurring abbreviation of "DG" next to Greek symbol for gamma, an expletive in the country equivalent to the F-word.
Police believe this stands for "F****** dangerous guy".
Two crosses, "XX", also appear throughout the diary, cops says, which they suspect is short for "Xylo" in Greek, or "beating" in English.
Detectives have also interpreted the initial "M" to be short for "Malakas", or "w*****" in English.
Meanwhile, cops believe the letters "PP" stands for "Palio Poustis", meaning "Dirty Old F*****".
It comes after her depraved husband was spotted in the "VIP" prison wing as the pilot plots to use "good behaviour for special treatment".

Babis Anagnostopoulos has admitted killing his wife
Shameless Babis Anagnostopoulos has been behind bars for several days in Greece, and has been described as "calm'' and ''distant".
The twisted 33-year-old is being held in the so-called "VIP" wing of the prison in Korydallos, where he shares a cell with three others, reports Protothema.
It has two bunk beds, a refrigerator, and a separate bathroom.
The wing houses "low risk" inmates and a picture has emerged of Anagnostopoulos in its courtyard behind barbed wire, reports Star.
It's reported he plans to use "good behaviour" as a way to get special treatment.
Meanwhile, he has shamelessly claimed he is ''mourning'' the loss of his wife in prison.
In a sickening bid to gain sympathy, Anagnostopoulos keeps repeating that he regrets killing his 20-year-old wife and emphasises his baby daughter is the only one that matters.
The pilot who confessed to strangling his wife in a fit of a rage last week, is currently in hell-hole Korydallos prison, home to terrorists and rapists.

Speaking to Star from inside the prison he said: ''I have been mourning the loss of my wife since the first moment and I still do today.
''I am mourning for everything that has happened.
''I destroyed my family and lost everything. I am waiting for the case to be processed for my daughter's sake.
''All I truly want is the best for my child.
''I am sorry and my apology is genuine.''
His comments come after he tried to blame Caroline and claimed she had started becoming aggressive after the loss of their first baby.
He explained how that the 20-year-old Caroline went to see a psychologist but then stopped.
It was then her "explosions" that she had with him that made him kill her, the warped husband claimed.
"Caroline became pregnant a few weeks after we got married," he told a judge in an Athens court.
"Unfortunately, when she was three months pregnant, Caroline miscarried, and since then her behaviour had been gradually changing.
"But the catalyst for the change in Caroline’s behaviour was the miscarriage of her first pregnancy.

"From that moment on, she started to have aggressive outbursts and explosions towards me."
Anagnostopoulos went on to say that what he did was for the safety of their daughter.
"Again, I apologise and I would like to point out that my only thought and guide to what happened next was my only daughter," he said.
