A WOMAN has gone blind after having her eyeballs tattooed but says getting inked makes her feel good.

       Tattoo artist and model Sarah Sabbath, 26, has had every visible part of her body inked and has no plans on stopping.

       Sarah, whose from Texas, has even had signs etched into her face, a nose job, and her lips, neck and nose pierced.

       But one inking session went horribly wrong when complications from her scleral tattooing - where pigment is injected under the top layer of the eye - left her blind.

       She told the Daily Star: "When I got my eyes done, the guy didn’t put enough saline solution into it.

       "There was too much ink and not enough water solution so I went blind from my eye tattoos.

       "I had a very difficult time doing anything – I could not watch TV, I didn’t like being around bright lights and I didn’t like being outside.

       "I got very, very depressed from it."

       The botched op hasn't put her off and recently she went back for modifications and tattoos to her face.

       She told the publication: "I love art. I’m very expressive and ballsy. I’m attracted to different so facial tattoos interested me a lot.

       "I don’t worry, I tattoo for a living. My looks actually attract people. Some say it’s cool and some say they don’t get it."

       The artists said her facial tattoos are her favourite, adding: "The R is for Rota which means broken in Spanish and I also have self, for self-made.

       "I love them all but if I had to choose one I would say my chin one. It’s masculine but I love androgyny so it’s perfect for me."

       She said she enjoyed getting her faced done and says it didn't hurt her all that much.

       She said: "They hurt more in certain areas but for the most part for me they feel good.

       "They heal in about two weeks. I’ve spent maybe $800 (about ￡590)."

       It comes as a tattoo fanatic spent ￡12,500 inking his face and even his eyeballs in a bid to become a human puzzle.

       The extreme body modification artist from Germany, known only by his Instagram handle ‘Black Depression’, has also had his teeth crowned in titanium.

       The 28-year-old hopes to transform himself into looking "as inhuman as possible".

       His unusual face tattoo features a variety of puzzle pieces – some filled in with colour and others left blank.

       He has also had chunks of his ear cartilage removed, both earlobes and nostrils pierced and stretched, and has inked the whites of his eyeballs with a jet black shade.
