George Washington University students living on Townhouse Row in Foggy Bottom are being moved because of environmental problems discovered in two of the units, the university said Sunday.
It said an inspection of two units found evidence of water infiltration after concerns were reported by residents. It said work will be needed to find the source and correct the problem.

The university said that acting out of an abundance of caution it will temporarily move all residents of the townhouse units on 23rd Street to hotels. The relocation was expected to be for at least two to three weeks.
About 175 students live in the townhouses, a small fraction of those enrolled.
