AN AMAZON worker has died following an incident at one of the retail giant's warehouses.
The man was on a shift when tragedy struck at the Ffordd Amazon site in Swansea on September 20.

He was rushed to Morriston Hospital but was pronounced dead later on.
Amazon says it plans to conduct a "thorough investigation" into the incident, which saw two ambulances attend the scene.
A spokesman said: “This is a tragic incident and our thoughts are with our employee’s family and friends at this sad time.
"We’re providing support to his colleagues at the site and also conducting a thorough investigation.”

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman added: “We were called on September 20 at 11.39pm to reports of an incident at Ffordd Amazon, Swansea.
"We sent two emergency ambulances and one Cymru high-acuity response unit paramedic to the scene.
"One person was taken to Morriston Hospital for further treatment.”
