IPOH: Two men were killed when the car they were in crashed into the back of a trailer at KM362 of the North-South Expressway, near Slim River.

       A Perak Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said the two men were confirmed dead by medical personnel during the incident that occurred before dawn on Tuesday (Feb 15).

       "We received the call at about 5.50am.

       "The two victims were found trapped in the wreckage following the accident," he said in a statement.

       "We have retrieved the bodies of both victims and handed them to the police for the next course of action," he said, adding that two other men from the trailer were unharmed.
