       KUWAIT CITY, June 24: The Ahmadi Governorate Committee in the Municipal Council has approved the Kuwait Municipality request to allocate 5 sites in the Shuaiba port area to establish housing complexes for expatriate workers to implement the Council of Ministers’ decision on an area of 150,000 square meters for each site, to be handed over to the State Property Department of the Ministry of Finance to be sold at the public auction provided that the five sites are subject to the standards of cities and labor gatherings, reports Al- Seyassah daily.

       Sources said four floors can be built for residential buildings, and two floors for the use of services and commercial purposes. The housing complexes will include a central market, a bank, cafés, restaurants, multi-purpose halls and shops.
