PETALING JAYA: The flood waters from the flash floods that hit Kuala Lumpur on Monday (March 7) evening have started to recede, says the KL City Hall (DBKL).
In a tweet, DBKL said that all roads that were affected have been reopened to traffic except the Bulatan Pudu underpass.
"Our traffic wardens are at the scene to help with the traffic flow," it said.

In a separate tweet, the New Pantai Expressway said that clean up work has begun after the flood waters have receded.
