Appearing at Worcester Magistrates' Court, she admitted eight charges, including assaulting five people.
The court heard she also damaged a police cell and hurled a brick at her father's home.
Knight, of Droitwich, Worcs., was handed a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilitation order.
No fine or compensation order was made due to Knight having no means to pay.
The court heard Knight, who came to the UK to live with her father after getting involved with drugs in America, flew into a rage on August 4.
Owen Beale, prosecuting, said: "She had started to keep the wrong company in the United States and got in a degree of bother over there.

"She flew to Heathrow from Orlando and came to live with her father to try and help her get away from some of those problems which do seem to have involved an engagement with drugs."
On August 4, her father called the police because he feared his daughter had taken a drugs overdose and she was rushed to hospital in Worcester.
Mr Beale said she was "deemed fit" to leave the hospital but "didn't take kindly to that" and became violent.
She rugby-tackled a nurse to the ground and punched a security guard in the face and right arm.
Officers arrived and put her in handcuffs but she started attacking them.
Mr Beale said: "She was screaming, shouting, and making verbal threats.
"She kicked one of the officers in the right shin and tried to hit the same officer with her elbow.
"She attempted to bite another officer on the wrist as he tried to restrain her."
'BLACKOUT'
She was finally allowed back to her father's home but while there she hurled a brick and a bicycle at the windows.
Officers took her to a police station where she tore up a book in a custody cell and shoved the pages down the toilet.
When an officer intervened, Knight attacked him with her soiled trousers.
Mr Beale said: "Being hit in the face with a pair of urine-soaked trousers is definitely unpleasant."
Knight was also banned from going to her father's home for six months or face a possible prison sentence.
Fergus Maxwell, defending, said Knight had suffered a "blackout" and exprienced "a total loss of control".
