PETALING JAYA: A total of 380,440 vaccine doses were administered on Saturday (July 17), says the Special Committee on Ensuring Access to Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV).

       In a tweet on Sunday (July 17), the JKJAV said of this number, 253,830 were for those receiving their first dose and 126,610 were for people who got their second dose.

       This brings the total number of doses administered in Malaysia to 14,002,324.

       To date, 9,570,974 people in Malaysia (40.9% of the adult population) have received one dose of Covid-19 vaccine of which 4,431,350 people (18.9%) have been fully vaccinated with two doses.
