KUWAIT CITY, Aug 30: As the government agencies continue to complete procedures for disbursement of what it called the ‘first-class’ bonuses, an official source in the Ministry of Health told the Al-Rai daily that “all government employees (frontline workers) who meet the conditions will be paid the bonus — citizens, expatriates and bedoun.”
