About 3.83 million square feet of grade-A warehousing stock was added in tier-1 cities in the second quarter of calendar year 2021, up 3.5 per cent over the previous quarter and 50 per cent over Q2CY20. Absorption of grade-A warehousing in tier-1 cities dipped by 15 per cent over the previous quarter and rose by 47 per cent over Q2CY20.
