A man was killed in a double shooting Sunday evening in Southeast Washington, D.C. police said.

       The victim was shot about 6 p.m. in an apartment house parking lot in the 1300 block of Savannah Street SE in the Congress Heights area, according to police.

       A second man was wounded, and police said he was in stable condition.

       No motive could be learned, and the slain man’s name was not immediately available.
