A GIRL who was dangling from a balcony has been miraculously saved by a passer-by who caught her as she fell.
The four-year-old plunged from 11.5ft and her legs hit the pavement, but thanks to a good samaritan she did not hurt her torso.

The incident in the northern Vietnamese city of Nam Dinh was filmed on CCTV.
In the footage, the girl can be seen hanging off the first-floor balcony as several bikers pass on the road below.
Some people apparently do not notice the girl, while others seem to understand what is happening, but do not stop.
Eventually, a passing cyclist spots the girl and gets off his bike to help her.
The man stands beneath the girl in the nick of time before she loses her grip.
As she falls, he saves her and prevents a potential tragedy from happening.
The owner of the shop opposite the house, named Tran Huu Trong, also spotted the danger and went over to the scene.
He later told reporters he asked for the man's phone number so the girl's parents could later thank him.

However, the man only replied: "I don't use a phone."
He then left the scene after making sure Mr Trong could look after the girl until her mum arrived home around half an hour later.
The good samaritan was later identified as local resident Luong Thanh Ha.
The girl's family visited the man the following morning to thank him for his actions.
Mr Ha later humbly said: "My actions were not significant, nor do I want others to consider me a hero."

The good samaritan also revealed he had asked other people around the area to fetch a ladder - but had to catch the girl himself as she lost her grip before one could be brought.
According to reports, the girl had woken up that morning and become upset when she realised her parents were not at home, so she tried to leave the house from the balcony.
She was taken to hospital later that day, where she was treated for minor injuries.
