PETALING JAYA: Trading in the shares of food and beverage giant Fraser and Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) and Rawang-based snack and candy maker Cocoaland Holdings Bhd has been suspended, pending a material announcement.
In filings with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, F&N and Cocoaland said trading in their respective shares will be suspended from 9am today.
According to Cocoaland’s 2021 annual report, F&N has 124.42 million shares or a 27.66% stake in Cocoaland.
Shares of Main Market-listed Cocoaland had risen more than 6% over the week.
Cocoaland closed four sen up to RM1.28 yesterday. F&N meanwhile rose 38 sen to close at RM20 yesterday.
