       15 июля 2020 г. руководитель Лаборатории ？Центр ближневосточных исследований？ ИМЭМО РАН д.и.н. Ирина Звягельская приняла участие в одиннадцатом заседании саммита Бейрутского института, касавшегося современной ситуации на Ближнем Востоке и перспектив её развития.

       Beirut Institute Summit e-Policy Circle 11 hosted by Raghida Dergham with Their Excellencies HE Minister Mohamed Dayri, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs in Libya. He is currently the Diplomatic Advisor for the Swiss NGO ‘A E- Centre’, HE Ambassador Ryan Crocker, has served as US Ambassador to Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Syria, Kuwait, and Lebanon. Former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs. He’s currently a Diplomat in Residence at Princeton University. HE Lady Olga Maitland Founder of the Defence and Security Forum and Chairman of Algeria British Business Council. She’s a former Member of Parliament for Sutton and Cheam and Dr Irina Zvyagelskaya Head of the Center for the Middle East Studies at Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations. Professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Russian Foreign Ministry.
