A Mount Rainier man was arrested in Richmond and is charged with murder in Prince George’s County in the shooting death of 31-year-old Anthony Lamont Frost in late March.

Officers from the Glenarden and Prince George’s police departments found Frost, of the District, with gunshot wounds outside a home in the 7900 block of Glenarden Parkway, just after 9 p.m. on March 29. He died at the scene of the shooting.

During their investigation, police said they determined that 31-year-old Omar Parker — who knew Frost — shot him during a dispute.

Parker was taken into custody in Richmond, where he is waiting to be extradited to Maryland. He has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, police said.
