Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex welcomed their second child, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, on June 4 this year. The Sussex's welcomed their first daughter in California, where the couple now resides after leaving their senior royal roles behind last year.

       Baby Lilibet's name was seen by many as a touching tribute to Prince Harry's grandmother, the Queen, who is affectionately known as Lilibet to members of her family.

       Lilibet's middle name of Diana is also a nod to Harry's late mother, Princess Diana.

       Lilibet shares her middle name Diana with her cousin, Princess Charlotte, Prince William's only daughter.

       Lilibet has the same surname as her older brother Archie Harrison, with Mountbatten-Windsor used in cases where members of the Royal Family require a surname.

       Almost two months after her birth, baby Lilibet was finally added to the Royal Family's online line of succession page this week.

       Lilibet is eighth in line to the throne as Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex's second child.

       Lilibet's older brother Archie is seventh in line to the throne.

       Prince Harry is sixth in line to the throne and he is behind his nieces and nephews, Prince Louis, Princess Charlotte and Prince George, who are fifth, fourth and third in line to the throne respectively.

       Above Prince George in the line of succession is his father, Prince William.

       After Prince William is his father, Prince Charles, who is the heir apparent.

       Lilibet and Archie are the royals highest in the line of succession not to hold any royal titles.

       Lilibet's birth meant Prince Andrew, the Queen's second son, dropped to ninth place in the line of succession.

       In 10th position is Prince Andrew's eldest daughter, Princess Beatrice, followed by her younger sister Princess Eugenie in 11th place.

       But as Princess Beatrice is currently expecting her first child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, Eugenie will not be 11th in the line of succession for much longer.

       Beatrice's first child will take Eugenie's place and Eugenie will move to 12th in the line of succession.

       This also means Eugenie's only child, August Philip Hawke Brooksbank, who was born earlier this year, will move to 13th in line to the throne.
