Royal insider Dickie Arbiter has claimed Princess Eugenie is willing to go "all-out" to heal the divide between the Sussexes and the rest of the Royal Family. Mr Arbiter told Australia's Today programme that Eugenie has a "very close bond" with Prince Harry but also warned the healing of the rift will likely need the involvement of the rest of the royals. He told the programme "there is a lot of work to do."

       "Eugenie has got an incredibly good relationship with Harry," said Mr Arbiter.

       "She has a really good relationship with William as well, but she is more of Harry's age though she is sort of five years younger than Harry.

       "But they have always had a very close bond.

       "And yes it will be upsetting to the family the rift, and if she feels she can do something to heal the rift then she is going to go all out to do it."

       The royal expert continued: "But it is going to take a lot more than Eugenie.

       "Because there are other members of the family.

       "You have to remember that Harry has rubbished his father saying he was cut-off but he wasn't got off financially.

       "He has kind of rubbished his brother, by implication he has rubbished his granny, so there is a lot of work to do.

       "I don't think Eugenie can do it by herself."

       "But if she can all power to her," added Mr Arbiter.

       It comes as royal author Phil Dampier also warned the divide is likely "too big" to be solved by Princess Eugenie alone.

       Mr Dampier told the Sun Online: “I personally don’t think there’s much Eugenie can do at the moment to heal the rift.

       "I think the rift is too deep for her to play a major role in healing it.

       "I don’t think there is much chance of a reconciliation between anyone at the moment and I wouldn’t have thought Eugenie is in a position to [help] - even though she is matey with [the Sussexes]."

       He added: "I’m sure that Beatrice will support any moves by Eugenie to try and build bridges and get a dialogue going between William and Harry.

       "I think they’ll be a bit concerned about some of the stuff that has been said but obviously a bit more sympathetic than some of the older royals."
